How to configure and control the flaps on a Bixler2 model (Spectrum Dx7)
In this video I show how I created a mix on the Dx7 radio that allowed me to run the flaps on the new Bixler2 model. In summary follow this process:
• Set the endpoints for the FLAP and AUX2 channels to be +70% to -70%
• Slave the Aux2 channel to the FLAP channel (Flaps work from the 3 position switch)
• Plug the flap servos from the model into the AUX2 and FLAP connections on the Rx
• Check to see which one of these moves in the wrong way and reverse that channel
• Set the servo to the furthest back position and set the link so that the flap is level
• Check it works!
