Drone Surfing on an Evaporation Pond - RCTESTFLIGHT -
These clips are a few months old, but I didn't get around to editing them until now.
This is an evaporation pond for harvesting salt used for making magnesium. Water is pumped in from the Great Salt Lake, then it evaporates and the salt remains. There is so much salt in the water that you can actually see crystals floating around. Not really sure what causes the pink color. Hopefully its not from chemicals.
