Dynamic WU: 1 length of track per drill. or 15 dynamic stretch reps.
Full Circuit was 3 rounds of:
Agility and Core: 3 hurdle passes per drill.
Core exercises: Swiss Ball Foot Transfer, and Mat Burpees with Jump. 10 reps each per round.
Rope Pull: 2 lengths per arm with run to return sandbag.
Gyroboard Circuit: 3 rounds
MedBall WoodChopper 6/side
Jump onto board with chest pass 6 reps
180's over board 6 per side
Partner Chest Pass on Gyro 10 reps
Plyometric Jumps - Each one 3-5 times
Deadlifts: 3 warm-up sets, then 5x4reps (not maximal)
