That’s why he recently cross-trained with track & field star Carmelita Jeter, focusing on sprinting technique, starts and fast-twitch explosion. Jeter, who is a world champion in the 100-meter dash and owner of three of the top 10 times fastest times ever run, encourages Griffin to ‘stay big’ with his head up, while swinging his arms from ‘chin to pocket.
