This test consists of discharging the battery to 14.0 volts at a rate of 20 amps. All of these batteries should be able to do 20 amps standing on their heads, so this is not really a torture test so much as it is a baseline to see if they even begin to meet their ratings, under the most optimistic of conditions. Future tests will use higher discharge rates to see what more real-world conditions might be like.
