Cryptic bass explorers Old Apparatus have been relatively quiet since the Epirtsder EP on their Sullen Tone imprint. That lush offering of sea-mimicking, ambient experimentation was back in October 2013. LTO - talented pianist and OA comrade - had his last actions for the collective almost two years ago too, joining forces with cult rapper Mowgli for Metal On Oxtongue - a bewitching project that found a junction between abstract sound poetry, dense wordplay and electronic hip-hop.
