Over their 7-year span, Wolf Music have been documenting the new generation of bonafide house producers. The sounds have been emanating from England and beyond, with releases listed from the likes of Frits Wentink, Medlar, Mr. Fries and KRL. Longtime label friends Casino Times now ready their second venture with Wolf, the(ir first ever) full length Familiar Circles LP. The ten-track capacity allows Nicholas Church and Joseph Spencer to delve into new musical territories, all equating to a whole entity of exciting floor-ready sounds. For us, "What (Miracle Beat)" is an unsung hero on the album. The mystery of its title comes to life upon listening – with a robotic repetition of "what" building the foundation of the track, and the miracle provided by a dreamlike arpeggiated piano line laid nearly on top.
