As a new pilot flying FPV there are milestones you kind of cross as you fly more and more. For me doing a long distance run was something I really wanted to try. Testing and or trusting your gear that it will take you out and also get you home is a big deal, or at least it was for me. Round trip flight was around 2.5 miles my guess. I flew out to about 6,275 feet away and an elevation of 1,000 for a nice cruise back to home base. You can see the James River below me in some of the footage. Lets see next on the list get over 2,000 feet and find some clouds before the year is up. Enjoy the first part of the video flying in a couple new spots. Oh and look out for Alex Ibcrazy in a few segments as well. FPV is a blast and has changed the way I fly. Just love it.
