Resolute Ventures' founder Mike Hirshland joined us in the studio to talk about seed-stage investing, party rounds and how startups should structure boards. Hirshland, who has openly said he dislikes party rounds, talked about why entrepreneurs still raise rounds with more than 15 investors despite many warnings not to go down that route. He also explained his views on how startups should structure their boards and engage with board members at the early stage.
