GoPro Studio. Final Cut Pro. Adobe Premiere Pro. All have similar layout
C) Video Settings
Settings match footage shot – frame rate and frame size. NO COMPRESSION
D) Bin – Import Footage
keep it tidy – important when you have a huge project. Folder locations on computers – tidy also.
E) Music Selection
Music will be the backbone to the edit. Sometimes pick a song before you even start shooting, to visualize a storyboard of what you want to see. Mental visualization is a huge skill for editors. See the edit before it’s created.

Drag and Drop vs Insert and Overwrite.
Drag and Drop gives options and helps with memorizing timeline.
