4500 Burpees - 12hr Guinness World Record 2016
Sean Chilton set the 12hr World Record for most burpees at 4,545.
If you think his form looks strange, it was actually the protocol that Guinness set as 'the definition of a burpee' - i.e the hands out to side.
He started at 6:10am and finished at 6:10pm only making the minimum goal of 4500 with 6 minutes to spare!
