Double the range of your Taranis. Repair your broken antenna. This FrSky Taranis antenna mod how-to video will teach you how to install an RP-SMA jack on your Taranis instead of the direct-soldered antenna that it comes with. This will allow you to install high-gain antennas for additional range, or easily repair the broken antenna that is on your Taranis now.
If you are not good at soldering, this mod is NOT for you. The solder pads on the Taranis radio board are very small. Have a friend help with the soldering if you don't feel confident!
