In this video I cover the common things to check if your model tips off on take off. There are other things that cause this but the tips in this video should help resolve and solve 95% of the cases.
You need to check - motor connections, motor rotation, prop rotation and installation, accelerometer calibration, let the model initiailiase on a level surface and check the radio is setup ok.
