The "Kanjo" is a famous circular highway system in Japan. "Kanjo Racers" will take their modified Honda Civics to the highway and weave through built up traffic as they race each other and opposing Kanjo race temas at break neck speeds. The public highway is their circuit.
"Kanjo Racing" is highly illegal and extremely dangerous.
