Wow I am impressed. I haven't been playing with the Parrot BeBop drone I purchased very long, but so far the experience has been awesome as compared to the old Parrot AR Drone 2.
The new drone is smaller, more nimble, and has a remarkable 14 megapixel camera that takes some amazing stabilized 1080p video footage. It's even possible to pan and tilt the camera even though it's fixed to the front of the BeBop drone.
It works by utilizing a super high resolution image sensor, a wide fisheye lens, and software to put together a non-fisheye and highly stable image while the drone is airborne. Truly remarkable.
The $499 package includes a second battery so one battery can be charged while the other is aloft.
Parrot should be commended for making a product that delivers amazing video while being very to get up and running right out of the box.
