Bollinger B1 & B2: An electric work truck with serious power
We've been keeping an eye on electric vehicle startup Bollinger for a while now, and they've finally unveiled their B1 and B2 electric trucks. These are minimalist, boxy EVs, built for durability and power, not comfort. With a huge 120 kilowatt/hour battery, and room for an incredible amount of cargo, the B1 and B2 are intended as work vehicles for construction, forestry, rescue crews, and farming. Taking advantage of EV design with a fold-down front-truck, the Bollingers also have a pass-through system with a narrow cargo space that runs more than 16 feet (almost 5 meters) along the length of the vehicle. Of course they now have to compete with Cybertruck, but for people looking for a tough truck with impressive capacity, there's nothing quite like the Bollingers.
