Aleluya cuenta con la colaboración de los colombianos Manuel y Julián Turizo, quienes arribaron a la Ciudad de México para participar en la grabación del video, el cual fue rodado en el Nido de Quetzalcóatl. El jardín arquitectónico es un proyecto del mexicano Javier Senosiain, reconocido representante de la arquitectura mexicana. El video dirigido por Nuno Gómes detalla una historia de amor con un final sorpresivo y con el cual muchas personas podrán identificarse.
