Google's Nest division announced a new version of its Home mini, now called the nest Mini. The device looks identical, but comes with a wall-hook and a totally redesigned sound system. In addition, Nest is launching a new mesh Wifi system that incorporates the Mini's new speaker system into its access points. Add in new software that improves how all these devices interact with you and deal with background sounds, and your home just got smarter.
