Yuneec Introduces 4K Q500+ Typhoon Drone at NAB 2015
In this episode, the Roswell Flight Test Crew stops by the Yuneec booth for another visit with Mark Padilla. This time, he describes the company's latest version of Q500 Typhoon quadcopter, which includes a 4K camera with a 115-degree field of view and no lens distortion and is capable of recording 120 frames per second of high definition video. The aircraft also features re-designed propellers for more yaw authority and better handling in windy conditions, as well as a hand-mount for the drone's CGO2 three-axis camera gimbal system. Yuneec expects to begin shipping the aircraft in 4-6 weeks.
