When I lived in Morocco, I used to spend the summer in the beach. I remember eating doughnuts that tasted like heaven, especially at 4:00 pm after a long day of swimming! The doughnut vendor would walk along the beach repeating the magic word 'beignets chauds, beignets chauds' (hot doughnuts!).
So today, I will show you, along with my grandmother, how to make these doughnuts at home. These are going to be your favorite doughnuts ever!!!
