Wenatchee Huckfest 2013 - Joe
We're at the 2013 Wenatchee Huckfest on Saturday morning where a freestyle competition was held just as the rain was starting to let up for the day.
In this video, Joe Villavicencio hit the flight line for the three minute timed flight that was judged by four lovely ladies.
Joe came up from California for this event and brought his 78" Extreme Flight Extra powered by a very cool little VVRC 40cc Twin. Rumor has it that very soon we will be seeing Joe flying a 120cc Slick 540 from Aztech Aeromodels.
A pop-up was set up to protect the pilots and their transmitters from the rain and unfortunately, it also protected a bit of the flying from the camera as well. I had to mess with the audio in an attempt to save the video from being slammed by YouTube for music copyright issues. I was filming from under the overhang of the club house to keep the rain off the lens.
