2 cans of pineapple (20oz / 566 grams each)
1/4 cup macadamia nuts (chopped)
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
A pinch of salt
3/4 cup coconut milk (or half milk and half heavy cream)
2 cups(240 grams) all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
