RFTC: AMA to Launch New FPV Flying Program
In this episode, the Roswell Flight Test Crew hears from Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) President Bob Brown about a new initiative the organization is launching to embrace the first-person view (FPV) flying community. Over the past year, the academy has quietly formed a nationwide Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS) Advisory Group to help it develop a program to meet the needs of pilots who fly FPV or operate autonomous flight control systems. Now, with this effort set to go public, Brown shares his vision for the organization and its relationship with the FPV community.
