Shami or Shaami Kabab Recipe.
Ingredients:
1 lb (454g) Ground Beef
2 oz (57g) Cilantro (1 Bunch)
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
5 Lemons or 1 Cup Sour Orange Juice or Lemon Juice
1 Onion
Vegetable Oil (4 tbsp)
Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Powder
Preparations:
1- Grate the onion.
2- Mince the cilantro.
Directions:
Shami or Shaami kebab is originally an Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine. It found its way into Middle East and the variety became countless. In this recipe we used fresh lemon but the original recipe calls for sour orange juice or bitter orange juice.
