Pilot Jase Dussia of Ohio is only fourteen years old, but delivered a veteran's polished performance in the Freestyle Event at the 2013 E-Fest. In Freestyle, competitors are required to create a 3D performance of 3D maneuvers and select their own musical accompaniment. They're judged not only on technical flying prowess, but on the creativity in selecting music and maneuvers. Jase was one of five competitors who included 2012 Champion RJ Gritter, Brandon Chitty and Team Futaba members Chris Gini and Devin McGrath. 2013 marks the eighth annual E-Fest, an event sponsored by Hobbico®, Inc. to showcase the best and brightest in flying talent and electric R/C products. It's held in January of February each year in Champaign, Illinois, in the Armory on the University of Illinois campus. All video was filmed live on location at the E-Fest.
