WHAT WAS SHE DOING? BAD DRIVER!
This is why I have a dash cam.
In the beginning of the video you can see a red car on the right that I pass. This is the same car later on in the video. I maintained my speed the entire time. I did not speed up or slow down. The red car later in the video slows down by I assume taking their foot off the gas which makes it look like I sped up.
