Willie Burns isn't a man short on creative outlets. He’s released his own music under Grackle, Black Deer and amongst other aliases on forward-thinking labels like L.I.E.S., The Trilogy Tapes & Creme Organization. As well as DJing under Speculator and heading up his label W.T. Recordings, he also runs his own record shop – The Thing in Brooklyn. It was here where we stopped by to talk to NYC's shrewdest digger and to sample some of the nuggets inside his dustiest crates.
