World Maker Faire 2013: OpenROV 2.5 Underwater Robot
We catch up with David Lang and Eric Stackpole, the creators of the OpenROV project, to learn about what's new in version 2.5 of their underwater robot. Since their Maker Faire debut over a year ago, OpenROV submarines have been built by makers and scientists and deployed all around the world. And as an open-source hardware project, all the plans to build your own are online.
