Gluten-Free Chocolate Chunk Cookie Recipe | FaceBook Live
Last week I shared my go-to recipe for Chocolate Chunk Cookies on FaceBook LIVE. These cookies are so easy and insanely delish!

CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE RECIPE
1 cup unsalted almond butter
¾ cup turbinado sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. kosher salt
3 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350.
Combine almond butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and hand mix until everything is incorporated.
Gently stir in chopped chocolate.
Drop cookie dough into 1-tbsp plops on a rimmed baking sheet lined with either silpat mat or parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
Makes 22 cookies.
