The RC Model Reviews RC roundup for 2011
I take a look at the year that was 2011 and thank those who have helped make this channel and the RC hobby what it has been over the last 12 months.
A big thanks to FrSky, FlyDream, Feiu Tech, Gens Ace, HobbyKing, JR, Hitec, Lotus RC, TopSky and many more.
Best products of the year include the Clouds Fly AXN Floater, the Turnigy (FlySky) 9X radio, cheap (but good) velcro and the amazingly cheap HD keychain cameras -- amongst others.
Best companies include Spektrum (for offering an great alternative to DSM2) and HobbyKing and other Sino-online-shops (for making the hobby so affordable).
Brickbats go to Futaba for not even having the courtesy to respond to my emails, HobbyKing and the other Sino-online-stores for raising our expectations in respect to what our hobby-dollars will buy, and video camera manufacturers who (like Futaba) can't be bothered even answering their emails.
