Kyle Stacy wins back-to-back E-Fest Heli Smackdowns!
Team Futaba member Kyle Stacy added to his already impressive
list of achievements by winning his second straight Heli Smackdown at the annual Hobbico E-Fest. Armed with a new Futaba 18MZ radio system and a CGY750 3-axis gyro in his heli, Kyle delivered one of the most entertaining indoor flights ever recorded. The flight included what may be the first-ever blade stop performed indoors, as well as a repeat of a spectacular landing. After seeing Kyle's heli land inverted, onlookers watched as it flipped over and landed upright on its skids — something that's happened only once before. Huge congratulations to Kyle on a great finish and his second Smackdown title.
