Another maiden flight for Brant today and the same milky sky that is horrible for doing a flight video.
Brant picked up the E-flite Splendor, threw it together and off he went. Who needs to trim a plane LOL. After flying the snot out of it right from the take-off, he eventually trimmed it out...didn't need much.
This plane comes with an AR635 6-channel AS3X receiver and Brant flew it as it came out of the box. I expect he will fool around with the gain settings on the gyro a bit.
I was quite surprised at how fast this foamie is. Seems to fly great and Brant is very pleased with it. We'll try to get some more video when the sky isn't so gloomy.
