How to use Tactic™ AnyLink™ with Futaba® and Hitec® Radios
What the AnyLink Radio Adapter can do for your transmitter is amazing, especially when you consider how easy it is to install. In fact, you can install it in far less time than it takes to watch the video — and that's less than two minutes long. Still, that's more than enough time for you to become an installation expert. Your host Mike guides you through installation step-by-step, letting you hear what to do while you're seeing it done. This installation procedure is used with two separate groups of transmitter. The first group includes many current Futaba systems, and uses the square adapter (TACM0001) included with the AnyLink. These systems include the 4YBF, 4YF and 6J systems as well as 6EX, 7C, 8FG, 9C, 10C and 12FG systems. The second group, which includes Hitec and Futaba systems, requires the round adapter cable (TACM0003) available at most hobby stores. Hitec radios that use this cable include Neon and Flash 4sx/5/5sx systems, Focus 4/6 and Laser 4/6-channel systems, Optic 5-/6-channel systems, the Eclipse 7 and Prism 7/7X systems. TACM0003 also works with a number of older Futaba systems, including the 4VF, 5U, 6A, 6DA, 6H, 6YF and 6YG systems, as well as the 7NFK, 8U and 9Z. Once you've installed the AnyLink, you can use it to fly one Tx-R aircraft, or all twelve. Current models include micros and park flyers, and styles that include warbirds, a ducted fan jet, sport models and licensed scale models. Pick a plane, link it to your transmitter and you're ready for takeoff.
