How to fix the endpoints of your Rx channels with RXRANGE in Betaflight or Cleanflight - EASY FIX
When setting up your new quad, you need to make sure the endpoints of the Roll, Pitch, Yaw and Throttle channels are correct: min 1000, max 2000 - also, the midpoint should be 1500 for your Roll, Pitch and Yaw.
Usually this is achieved by trimming the endpoints and midpoint for each channel from your Transmitter model settings.
Unfortunately there are times when things are so messy, that simply trimming the endpoints is not enough.
This is where the "rxrange" command steps in.
You essentially configure your F/C to recognize your value range as a correct 1000 to 2000 value range. In this example, the value range was from ~1080 to ~1920.
As usual, try everything out before you put the propellers on the motors. It never harms playing it safe ;)
This is EASY FIX: How to fix the endpoints of your Rx channels with the rxrange command in Betaflight or Cleanflight - Let's go!
The example footage of this video is from my KingKong Tiny6 overview, which you can watch here:
The FrSky version of the Tiny6 uses the AC800 receiver and one of the issues that needed to be fixed was the endpoints of the Rx channels.
